HoopsRush is a free fantasy basketball drafting game operated by Future Developments s.r.o., Czech Republic. By playing you agree to these terms. The game is provided "as is", without warranties; we may change or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, use paid features, or consent to marketing. If you are under 16, do not register or make purchases. Guardians are responsible for any use by minors under their care.

You can create a recoverable account with email and password, or choose Play as guest for quick head-to-head games. Your public handle is visible on leaderboards and in head-to-head matches and must be unique. Guest accounts are temporary and may not be recoverable if you clear storage or change devices. Paid extra spins, referral rewards, and account recovery require a registered account. Choose a handle and trash-talk lines that are not offensive, hateful, or impersonating others — we may rename, reset, or remove accounts and content that break this rule.

Optional spin packs are sold as virtual in-game currency for entertainment use only. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. Spin credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable. All purchases of spin packs are final and non-refundable once the pack is credited to your wallet, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. We do not process voluntary refunds for unused or used spins. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and removal of credited spins. Keep your receipt from Stripe for your records.

No cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other players’ matches. Ladder records and daily leaderboard entries may be corrected or reset where we detect abuse. Daily Rush scores are verified server-side; client-side score spoofing is prohibited.

Player statistics are used for entertainment purposes only. HoopsRush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, the NBPA, or any NBA team. All player names and statistics are used under publicly available factual information; no logos, uniforms, or player likenesses are used. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can reset your own ladder record in-game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from playing the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
