Account: your email address when you create a recoverable account, the public handle you choose, and an account id from Supabase. If you choose Play as guest, Supabase creates a temporary anonymous account id and your public guest handle instead. Gameplay: your drafts, matches, results, ladder record and trash-talk lines you send. Marketing: if you tick the optional sign-up checkbox, we store that you opted in to special offers, free spins, and similar emails. Analytics: a small set of named gameplay events (such as starting a game mode or finishing a season), technical error reports when something breaks, device and browser type, and approximate region derived from your IP address — we do not track individual taps and we do not record your sessions. Preferences such as your team and trash-talk lines are stored locally on your device.

Strictly necessary local storage keeps you signed in, supports password-reset sessions, and saves your preferences — this works without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept the consent bar: a PostHog analytics cookie that recognises you between visits, Google Analytics/Ads measurement cookies, and the Meta Pixel. Until you accept (and if you decline), analytics run cookieless and anonymously per visit, Google tags operate in consent mode with all storage denied, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all.

To run the game, accounts, password resets, paid extra spins, referrals and head-to-head matches (performance of our service to you), to send marketing emails only if you opted in (your consent), to understand and improve gameplay (your consent for the cookie-based analytics; our legitimate interest in minimal, cookieless aggregate statistics), and to keep the game fair and secure (legitimate interest).

Supabase (database and realtime infrastructure), PostHog (analytics, hosted in the EU), Vercel (web hosting), and Stripe (payments — we never see your card details). With your consent, Google (Analytics and Ads measurement) and Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel) also receive usage signals such as page views, sign-ups and purchases to measure our advertising. We do not sell your data.

Registered account data, match data, purchases, referrals and ladder data are kept while the game operates or until deletion is requested where legally possible. Guest accounts are intended for quick play and may not be recoverable if you clear storage or change devices. Analytics data is retained by PostHog per our project settings and deleted on request. You can reset your ladder record in-game at any time.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time (clear this site’s storage, or contact us). You can also complain to your data-protection authority — in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
